Hey Makeup Lovies! ❤

Today I bring you a review on the Wet n Wild Eyeshadow Palette – Coming In Latte. I hauled this not too long ago if you haven’t seen the haul click here. I was extremely surprised to see all the new products Wet n Wild was releasing, and seeing this was one of them I couldn’t pass it up! Their regular quads are already amazing so I couldn’t wait to play with this bad boy. Trust me it doesn’t disappoint. The palette contains 10 eyeshadows all leaning more on the neutral spectrum. It’s a mixture of mattes, shimmers, and foiled shadows. It’s very affordable at only around $5-$7. The local paper should have Wet n Wild coupons to my knowledge they almost always do. I found my at Walgreens but do try checking Kmart and Walmart.

As you can see this palette contains a variety of neutrals such as browns, golds, taupes, etc etc. It’s a mixture of mattes, shimmers & metallics. This beautiful palette contains 10 eyeshadows and a nice duo ended brush which let me tell you is wonderful!

One side is perfect for packing on those metallic eyeshadows and the other side makes a great blending brush. The quality was not compromised with this brush!

Let’s take a closer look at the shadows..

Shade #1 is a matte almost satin like beige-y bone color. It was hard to make this color show up because it’s almost the same shade as my skin tone lol. Perfect for an all over the lid shade, setting your eyeshadow primer, brow bone, and even as an inner corner highlight. Such a great versatile shade!

Shade #2 is a foiled/metallic white gold beige shade. This shade is b-e-a-u-t-i-f-u-l. It’s the perfect every day lid color without being too over the top.

Shade #7 is a foiled/metallic off pink taupe. This is one of my favorite shades, isn’t it stunning!?

Shade #8 is a shimmery brown. It’s not a super intense dark brown but it’s not a super light brown either it’s more like in-between. Even though it has shimmer I think it would still work great as a transition shade or as an outer v shade.

Shade #9 is a matte brown with a hint of taupe. Another great crease shade or outer v shade.

Overall Thoughts

These Wet n Wild Eyeshadows are phenomenal. For being drugstore, the quality is insanely awesome. The eyeshadows are very buttery soft, they blend wonderfully and easily and are very pigmented. A few of the matte shades did need to be packed on for a more intense color payoff but that is something I don’t mind at all. I find mattes are almost always shadows that require packing on for better color payoff. The foiled/metallic shades are crazy. They remind me sooo much of the MakeupGeek Foiled Eyeshadows. I haven’t used them with M.A.C. Fix+ but I can just imagine how awesome-er they would look. You can certainly use the brush it came with to pack on those foiled/metallic shadows and the other end as a blending brush. I wish they would sell this brush separately so I can purchase numerous amounts of them lol, it’s such a great brush! I honestly think this palette is a great great great item. It’s very inexpensive at only $6 I think.. I don’t quite remember the exact price but I know it was below the $10 range somewhere below $7 for sure. I can’t seem to find it anywhere online! I bought mine at my local Walgreens but it isn’t showing up on the website so it might just only be available in stores. I know that another shade of this palette is available, it’s full of purple toned eyeshadows. I just recently got my hands on it and I’ll be doing a review on it soon!

I hope you lovies enjoyed this post! Please share your thoughts below! Do you own this palette!? Thinking of purchasing it!? Which was your favorite shade(s)!?

Hope everyone is having a wonderful week!

Yes!!! I have this palette, and it is amazing! Personally, the brush was my only real gripe… I had issues with the flat side, but that’s probably my own incompetence, LOL. Excellent job reviewing and swatching this! =)
